General Requiprements:
▪ Min. S1/D4 Degree, majoring in Secretary, Law, Office Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
▪ Having experience in the same position as personal assistant to director for at least 2 years or more is preferred.
▪ Knowledge of Legal and Commercial Matters.
▪ Accurate and precise on administrative work and advanced in operating Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and other software.
▪ Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
▪ Fluent in English writing, reading, and speaking. Can speak Mandarin is an advantage.
▪ Proactive, resourceful, honest, dynamic, disciplined, initiative, hard-working, and self-motivated person.
▪ May require extended hours or availability outside of regular business hours.
▪ Willing to work overtime, travel, or on a or on a business trip if needed and able to work under pressure
